Bolts on, no drilling required. These bars sit flush with the body giving a nice sleek look without drawing too much attention to them. It's a great add-on for anyone who likes to hit the trails! Also works as a bit of a step when you open the doors. Can be installed on a stock Forester or one with our Lift Kit.
